Three years ago, I embarked on ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฒ ๐š๐ฌ ๐š๐ง ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ, ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐›๐จ๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ฌ that come with it. Transitioning from the comfort of financial stability and structured environments to the realm of risk and uncertainty was undoubtedly challenging.

However, amidst the challenges, I discovered ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ž ๐ฌ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง. ย These were moments when I witnessed teams fully embracing the journey, leveraging the comprehensive and adaptable ๐ˆ๐๐’๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐„๐ง๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ toolbox to navigate through process, system, organizational, behavioural, and cultural transformations.

During that journey, the ๐ˆ๐๐’๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐„๐ง๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ฐ๐š๐ฌ ๐ž๐ง๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ by more and more solutions. My favourite new offering is the „๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ,“ which emerged after discussions with a client on how to ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ž a culture of ๐ฆ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, often enforced from the top-down, by ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  bottom-up ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž.

The program is designed to be efficient, requiring minimal time and effort. It begins with one-on-one interviews with participants for preparation, followed by a one-day workshop for the entire team. By addressing the ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ’๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐ฉ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ directly, the program yields significant ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ž๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ๐จ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐ž๐ง๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ.

Outlined in six steps, the program methodology is as follows:

2.ย ย Identifying the ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐š๐ฌ๐ค๐ฌ.
3.ย ย Identifying concrete ๐ฉ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ, whether they relate to processes, systems, people capabilities, or required inputs from other functions.
4.ย ย Collaboratively determining ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ to optimize resource utilization.
5.ย ย Providing training on crafting a “ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ “ for the key criticalities to effectively address tensions and initiate improvement.
6.ย ย Offering training and concrete strategies for ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ซ ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญt to influence other functions and ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ towards desired outcomes.
