Just 18 months ago, Delica AG, a subsidiary of the Migros Group, embarked on a transformative IBP journey guided by Urs and an exceptional team. They achieved 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, including significant cost improvements and the pioneering use of the innovative Integrated Business Sensing (iBsing) approach. What sets this achievement apart is the team’s commitment to 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, which have driven substantial business performance enhancements.
