There are many webinars. This one is different for a few reasons.
𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
The people involved have contributed to my personal journey and to HELIBLICK in different ways, illustrated in the connection between the panellists and HELIBLICK’s core capabilities:
🟢🚁 Neil Cope – 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – From the beginning, he believed in the concept, listened, reflected, and created the first opportunity ca. 5 years ago through a leadership interview.
🟠 ⛵ Mark Squire – 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 – As my former supervisor, he demonstrated accountability and created an environment where people took ownership beyond their roles.
🔵 ⛵ Marleen Saevels – 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 – Working across functions, she showed how shared vision and true collaboration drive organisational performance.
🔴 ⛵ Danielle IJkema – 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 – Clear vision, combined with experimentation, learning and the ability to inspire others along the way.
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽.
For the first time, we will share the HELIBLICK framework in more detail and connect it to real decision-making challenges, complemented by industry insights from senior leaders.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱, this is not about AI.
We focus not on AI but on something more fundamental: decision-making structures driving 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – the foundation for engagement and performance.
🤫 The word „𝐀𝐈“ will not leave my mouth during the session – promised.
