The enemy is 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 — especially when it breeds 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗼-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿, 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, or even 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲.
In times of disruption, the focus is often on what must 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲.
But successful transformation also depends on what must remain strong:

The point is not to eliminate 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿, but to create environments where it can be expressed — and constructively addressed.
