At the World Class Business Leaders โ€œSupply Riskโ€ conference in Frankfurt, I gave a ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป on ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป-๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐˜‚๐—น๐—น ๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—•๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€.

It was the first time I experienced ๐—”๐—œ ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป ๐—บ๐˜† ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ธ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฎ ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ – and I must admit I had mixed feelings.

Listening to it, a few things surprised me:
๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ’ญ The AI podcast framed the story around โ€œ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐˜ƒ๐˜€ ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€.โ€ โš™๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ
For me this was more of a side note – yet it is ๐š ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ซ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ข๐๐ž๐š.

๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ The two AI hosts sound ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ with a flair for ๐๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐š. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ๐Ÿฅณ
My own style is more analytical and calm. Still, I found the ๐๐ข๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ž ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐€๐ˆ ๐ฉ๐จ๐๐œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐ซ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ .

๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ I did tell a Starbucks story, but AI changed the conclusion and invented a story about ๐ฎ๐ง๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐ญ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, based on misspelled โ€œHelmutโ€ coffee cups. โ˜•
Even that โ€œ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐œ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐งโ€ actually ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก – confirming that AI is no different from complex organisations:
โ€œ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ปโ€™๐˜ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—œ๐˜ ๐—”๐—น๐—น.โ€

๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’ก Overall, it was an interesting and insightful experience to hear the HELIBLICK ideas interpreted through an ๐—”๐—œ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€.

I am also excited because together with Danielle IJkema I am currently preparing the ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ โ€œDecision-Making in the Full Mess of Business.โ€
It is coming together nicely and will start with a cohort in ๐—ญ๐˜‚๐—ด (๐—–๐—›) in ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ 2026.
