๐ค That helps us understand what ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฃ really means. But relying on disruption is not a strategy. If we want to become ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐, ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ณ๐๐น, we need to take these decisions proactively – not only in crisis.
Each layer has its role – but in many organisations, the balance is off.
