๐Ÿค” That helps us understand what ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—œ๐—•๐—ฃ really means. But relying on disruption is not a strategy. Each layer has its role – but in many organisations, the balance is off.
