HELIBLICK Leadership Program:

"Decision-Making in the Full Mess of Business"

You are a senior leader in supply chain, finance, commercial, or operations. You have experience. You have managed teams, led transformations, navigated crises. And still — something is not working the way it should.

Stakeholders are frustrated despite your efforts. Decisions slow down. Firefighting has become the rhythm. And working harder — you already know — is not the answer.

The HELIBLICK Leadership Program shifts leaders from managing the noise to understanding the system they operate in — so they can make better decisions without burning themselves or their teams out.

This is Not a Training

From the moment Day 1 begins, you are in it. Not observing. Not taking notes. Experiencing.

We use simple tools — deliberately simple, not consultant-polished. We run the program using governance calls, the same kind you use to manage risk and opportunity in your own organization. Every day, participants surface what is working, what is not, and what needs to change. We adapt accordingly. Nothing is fixed. Everything is emerging. Because that is what real leadership looks like.

On Day 1, we ask each participant one question: “My dream vision — how do I want to show up as a leader?” Everything that follows holds you up against that answer.

There is no training manual. Instead, you build your own: the HELIBLICK Booklet. Filled in through conversation and shared experience across the four days, structured around the four framework elements. Most participants keep it as a reference long after the program ends.

The HELIBLICK Advantage: Practical Skills for Real-World Impact

This program leverages the HELIBLICK Framework to provide a hands-on experience centered on building skills you can use right away.

Is This For You?

  • You are expected to create clarity for others — even when there is none for yourself.
  • You sense that continuous firefighting is not sustainable, but you haven’t found what replaces it.
  • You understand that not every situation calls for the same leadership approach, but you don’t yet have a clear map for when to use which.
  • You want to understand what increasing uncertainty does to decision-making inside your organization.
  • You want to move from reacting to the system to understanding it well enough to shape it.

"This is not for leaders looking for quick solutions. It is for leaders ready to look at themselves and the system they operate in — in an honest way"

What shifts for you as a leader?

DAY 1

You become aware of your own triggers — the moments that pull you into reactive mode. You start to see the system around you: how functions, people, and pressures are connected. And you begin to respond with intention rather than simply reacting to whatever demands attention first.

The shift: you stop being managed by the noise. You start choosing where to direct your attention.

DAY 2

By the end of this day, most participants arrive at the same realization: it matters deeply how they show up as leaders, and that they are also part of a system. They are not alone in the mess. The day sharpens the distinction between responsibility and accountability, and what happens when those two things get blurred.

The shift: you stop carrying what isn’t yours. You help others own what is theirs.

DAY 3

You practice aligning people around a shared intent — across functions, priorities, and competing agendas. The discomfort that built up in Days 1 and 2 becomes useful here. You work through what happens when conflict arises, and how to keep momentum without forcing a resolution.

The shift: you stop managing conflict. You start converting it into progress.

DAY 4

You return to the question from Day 1 — how do I want to show up as a leader? — and measure the distance between that vision and where you are now. You clarify priorities, strengthen your decision-making, and build a concrete picture of what you want to change when you return.

The shift: you stop focusing on output. You start building the conditions for it.

Your mentors

We did not build this program from a textbook. Helmut spent years inside corporate organizations running operations and transformations, until the moment he realized that having the right frameworks was not enough. Danielle spent more than 25 years leading global teams across biotech, pharma, and food multinationals, until she started asking whether it was possible to lead differently. That question is where this program began.

Helmut is the founder of HELIBLICK, a company dedicated to increasing awareness in business to drive team engagement and organizational performance. His approach connects business processes with leadership and culture, creating the conditions for sustainable change.

His name — Helmut (from Old High German heil, meaning healthy or whole, and muot, meaning mind or spirit) — seems almost symbolic of his purpose to help build working environments where everyone can operate from their best self.

Danielle is a collaborative leader with over 20 years of experience in biotech, pharma, and food, where she has led global teams and large-scale transformation efforts. With a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, she focuses on practical solutions that enable change, simplify processes, and build resilient, agile supply chains through effective cross-team collaboration.

In this program, Danielle creates the bridge between ambition and execution: she helps participants translate good intentions into stable ways of working.
