Personal Shift:
Experience a personal shift that enables you to navigate uncertainty calmly and increase your positive impact on the organization.
Who Is This Training For?
- Senior industry leaders navigating complex, uncertain environments.
- Leaders seeking to improve team collaboration and decision-making.
- Executives striving to build a more resilient and adaptable organization.
- Leaders who are expected to create clarity for others — even when there is none for themselves
“For leaders ready to step out of control and blame culture — and build collaboration and learning instead.”
What will you learn?
DAY 1
You learn to recognize your motivations and emotional triggers, helping you to move away from shadow behaviours and remaining in your best-self. You see see how different parts of the business are interconnected and you learn to map the real system you’re operating in. You realize how changes in one area can create ripple effects across the entire system. This helps you avoid overreacting to noise and instead act on what actually matters.
DAY 2
You learn to differentiate between responsibility (performing specific tasks) and accountability (owning the results), and to empower yourself and others to lead execution and achieve outcomes. You stop ‘escalating problems upward without lateral alignment’ and start owning outcomes. You’ll practice how to take accountability without burning yourself out and you hold others accountable to fulfil their role and follow up on agreements.
DAY 3
You practice how to align peers around one shared intent — and keep momentum even when there’s conflict or organizational dysfunction. You improve decision-making across different functions by fostering a shared vision and collaborative co-creation. You learn to develop a clear, common understanding of the organization's purpose and values, bringing different perspectives, testing ideas, and converting conflicts into organisational improvements.
DAY 4
You learn to focus your organisation — fewer priorities, better decisions, less drama. You also learn how to pass that discipline on. You prioritize what matters most and reflect on what works and make changes as needed. You are prepared to guide the organization's story and culture, and focus on long-term goals.
