Embracing RED in Business

😡 „Who dropped the ball?“ – That’s never a good first reaction to a 🔴red KPI on a dashboard.

✅ Purely green dashboards aren’t ideal either. 🍭 Sugar-coating doesn’t drive an organization towards meaningful improvement. 😕

Dashboards are designed with 🚦multiple colours for a reason:
1️⃣ 🔍 to help us identify areas for improvement,
2️⃣ 💡 to gain new insights and learnings, and
3️⃣ 🖼️ to enhance our organizational framework.

In complex business environments, red 🔴 doesn’t appear simply because someone „dropped the ball.“ More often, it’s the result of multidimensional connections 🔗 between internal and external forces driving the outcome.
