By registering for the HELIBLICK Leadership Program, participants agree to the following terms:

Fees & Payment

All program fees are due in full prior to the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund only if a replacement participant is identified, approved, and confirmed by HELIBLICK prior to program commencement. If no replacement participant is confirmed, no refund will be issued, regardless of notice provided.
• Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or fewer prior to the program start date are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend without prior written notice („no-show“) results in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Program Changes

HELIBLICK reserves the right to modify or cancel the program as necessary. In the event of program cancellation by HELIBLICK, participants will be offered a refund, credit, or alternative session.

Limitation of Liability

HELIBLICK’s total liability related to the program shall not exceed the amount of fees paid.

Agreement

Submission of registration constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
