A key indicator of a well-engaged IBP and its quality is the ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ . Does everyone on the board participate? Is the meeting held on the same day each month at the same time?
If participation is optional and meetings are frequently rescheduled due to other priorities of the CEO, CFO, COO, etc., itโs a ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฉ.
