Starting a new business requires ๐ฎ๐ง๐ฐ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ข๐๐๐๐ฌ โ and itโs even more powerful when others share that belief.
CParity (Tina McKenzie and Chinasa Nwonu MSc) believed in the ๐ฉ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง from the outset. They invited me to share the concept at one of their events during the (not just for consultancy start-ups) challenging Covid period . That initial opportunity led to a ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, and Iโve had the pleasure of participating in their events every year.
One of the regular attendees, vladimir stodulka, consistently shared feedback, showing that HELIBLICKโs Change Enablement approach resonated with him. Even though there wasnโt an immediate project, his interest was ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ .
Last year, Vladimir reached out: โ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ญ, ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ง ๐ข๐๐๐!โ While HELIBLICK GmbH typically focuses on large-scale IBP transformations, Vladimir and I embarked on an experimentโconducting an ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ค to identify a shared vision and ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆโ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ to boost a local IBP teamโs effectiveness. Intrapreneurship as a key driver for IBP!
