Exactly ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐จ, on my ๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐๐๐ฒ, I left my ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ and started a new journey with HELIBLICK GmbH.
The purpose was clear from the beginning: to improve ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ in organisations, whilst fostering a culture of ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ-๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ.
The journey itself was anything but linear. There were moments of ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ, ๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ. These emotions often trigger ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ, ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ, ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ณ๐ โ and with that, ๐ฌ๐ก๐๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ.
In my โ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌโ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ, I share several tips on how to move from shadow to best self. One of my favourites is this:

โญThis weekend, my wife ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ and I spent my birthday at the Christmas market in ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐จ.
