Many organizations still underinvest in 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗕𝗣, despite its huge potential.
In a world of continuous change and uncertainty, two fundamental questions stand out for George:
1️⃣ How can we make 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 — from tactical to strategic — through 𝗦&𝗢𝗣 and 𝗜𝗕𝗣 in an increasingly complex environment?
2️⃣ How can we build 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 across 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 while focusing on solving the right problems?

Today, 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 and 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 have become essential — anchoring better outcomes through 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, and 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀.

We believe this is one of the most promising areas for improvement in 𝗜𝗕𝗣 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 — and we are excited to explore it together with the peer community.
